By sharing digital assets and contents through City of Worcester 1722 – 2022, you are granting Worcester Historical Museum (WHM) non-exclusive (shared), royalty-free license to preserve, reproduce, publish, modify, and share your content and commentary for public research, educational use, exhibits, or publication, including in print or online.

Worcester Historical Museum reserves the right to remove content that it considers duplicative, inappropriate, or outside the scope of this project. WHM is not obligated to include your content in this project or preserve it in perpetuity.

Conditions. I am 18 years or older and agree to WHM’s non-exclusive (shared), royalty-free license, so the content that I share to https://300years.worcesterhistory.org/ can be preserved, reproduced, published, modified by the WHM for use in public research, education use, exhibits, or publications, including in print or online.

Privacy. Note that 300years.worcesterhistory.org collects email addresses in order to clarify submissions. These addresses are not shared.
